Why TechNabd exists
Most tech content written about the Gulf is either a global article with the country name swapped in, or a listicle that never checks whether the government app it’s describing still exists. TechNabd is built to be neither.
We write about the government apps, telecom plans, and everyday tech prices that people in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the wider Gulf actually deal with — checked against official sources, and updated when things change (governments rename apps and change processes more often than most guides admit).
What we cover
- Government digital services — Metrash, Hukoomi, and similar official apps
- Telecom and SIM plans across Gulf carriers
- Real price comparisons for phones, laptops, and everyday tech
- Gaming prices and top-ups
- Practical how-to and troubleshooting guides
In Arabic and English
We write Arabic content directly rather than machine-translating from English, because a translated government-services guide that gets the tone or terminology wrong helps no one.
A note on accuracy
Government processes, telecom prices, and product prices change. We link to official sources wherever possible and encourage you to confirm anything time-sensitive — fees, procedures, current promotions — directly with the relevant authority or provider before relying on it.
